Quality is a key value for INVENSTAR, as we know the importance of the right quality, both to make progress with our costumer as well as keeping a good relationship for future collaboration, especially with production facilities in Asia sometimes situated far away from Customers.
We strive to maintain a high quality that meets our customer’s expectations through close communication, matching expectations and focus on products all the way from our production to the costumer.
With production facilities in Asia it is very important that we achieve the quality demanded the first time. We achieve this through on-going communication between Customers, Production and management.
As a quality mark our production in Vietnam is certified according to Quality standard ISO 9001.
As a part of the overall strategy of INVENSTAR, we have certain values that apply to our way of doing business. Our aim is to create a close relationship with our Costumers, which benefit both of our businesses. This means that as our costumers grow and develop their businesses, we at INVENSTAR will follow this development to meet any on-going and new demands and make sure that the collaboration with our Costumers is open and intensive.
Due to a development in our Costumer’s demands of higher quality standards as well as this becomes mandatory in all member states throughout the European Union, we are undergoing a TÜV certification in the standards EN 1090-1/ISO 3834, to be able to mark our product with the CE-mark.
CE Marking (originally Conformité Européenne) demonstrates compliance with the appropriate manufacturing standard for a product. This certification will be completed before July 2014 well in time before this new regulation will come into force.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) get more and more attention in Vietnam and elsewhere and CSR is taken seriously by INVENSTAR, and as we develop our business this will be one of the focus areas.
We have a close relationship with our workers and many of these have been with us since the beginning in 2004. This gives us the opportunity to improve the conditions for our workers regularly. As we grow and develop, we will over the coming years improve and on sight reach the same level as European standards.
